Blutopia is a digital aquarium designed by 12 creatives from around the world. The exhibition spans 3,000sq ft and features immersive art experiences across five zones, inspired by the ocean's unique characteristics.  Highlights include an interactive and generative installation which invites users to create deep-sea lifeforms in real time and a mixed reality artwork mapping animated aquatic life upon a crochet coral reef. Blutopia aims to spark the curiosity of adults and children alike, foster their empathy and critical thinking skills, and reimagine the future of aquariums.

Esthetika worked in collaboration with Hong Kong based non-profit A.L.A.N (Artists who Love Animals & Nature), to provide conceptual and artistic direction for the project.
